Sportstime Baseball Academy's camp and lesson directors have played professional and/or college baseball and have experience teaching youth baseball skills. They will: |
Evaluate player's skill level and thus begin to build on player's strengths and eliminate their weaknesses
Provide new training ideas and drills to help enhance and improve both physical and mental performance
Assign homework and drill exercises for proper development during non-lesson workout time
Correct throwing/pitching mechanics, pick-off moves, back-up duties & stronger arm action
Build better hitting mechanics & offensive situational strategies
Improve infield, outfield & catcher position play and game management
Teach better base-running, lead-offs & stealing techniques
Increase agility, rhythm, footwork, hand-eye coordination & speed improvement|
