Experience

Brad Fischer is entering his 28th season in the As organization, his 10th at the Major League level. He had been a minor league player, minor league manager, minor league instructor and assistant director of player development before Art Howe named him as his bullpen coach in 1996. Brad was the As first base coach in 1997 before moving back to the bullpen for the 1998 season. He returned to the first base coaching box in 2003 and will be the As bullpen coach again in 2006.
